Life seems to be going at a steady pace. The days are finally getting a bit longer, spring cleaning is slowly being done and sardines and milk are now Paul's new midnight snack (taking over for his old habit of cheese and bread).

Managed to get some new stuff done. Here is a new, larger piece entitled, "Changes".

I got lucky!

No, no, silly, not like that. Look what I got for my birthday/Valentine's Day from my sweet hubby! A modern spinn on the cuckoo clock that I have been wanting for ages. Lucky for you, I just saw that you can get it in the states at Anthropologie. Run, run and get your very own here. You will not be disappointed!

Happy Valentine's Day

The lovely Stacie Rife got a few girls together and organized a Valentine's swap. She filled a big box with goodies and sent it on its way. You should of seen some of the stuff in there! I have already started 3 new works with it! Stacie sells her vintage ephemera packs on etsy and now that I am the lucky recipient of one, I highly suggest to rush right over to her ETSY SHOP and get one now!

Happy Birthday to Me

This is me, 36 years old. Laugh lines, check! Forehead wrinkles, check! Crowsfeet, not yet and luckily my mother doesn't really have them so I might get lucky! I will not show you my stomach or saddlebags however, don't want to ruin anyone's Friday evening.

Had a great day; woke up to flowers and gifts, lunch with some girlfriends and home again to a homemade dinner and dessert. Sunday is Mother's Day here, so I get to do this all over again (well, almost). Oh, don't forget, Valentine's is right around the corner as well, so that is 3 days with flowers. Whoppee!

My husband made me what he calls a "gourmet meal". Delicious Thai noodles! Also, a chocolate ice cream cake that the boys were so proud of. Now, just to get the kiddies in to bed so I can get in my jammies and watch a cheesy movie. Can't wait!

My middle baby turned 8. It is so true when they say that time goes fast. It feels like only yesterday I was singing twinkle twinkle to him.

I have also been trying my hand out with paper products. I made 5 of these paper magnolias with this fantastic lama li paper:
